💃 Social Sixes – Fun, Fitness & Friendship

For those who are complete beginners or simply looking for a fun, social way to stay active, our Social Sixes program is perfect. Held mid-week, Social Sixes is a fast, friendly format focused on enjoyment and fitness—no experience or equipment needed.
