Dear Nuna Junior Families,
Now that the Junior footy season is finished, it is time to focus on cricket!
Nunawading Cricket Club (NCC)
NCC has been serving the local cricket community since 1927
Nunawading Cricket Club are a large, successful and proud club with a history of inclusiveness, professionalism, community service and fun for children. We pride ourselves on the principle that everyone should be treated with the same level of respect, no matter whether they are the best player in our First XI or a new player who has never played the game before. Everyone gets an opportunity to participate, have fun, improve and experience success both personally and as a team.
Our Club Is Our Family
Our Nuna Junior program (over 150 children and young people) is the cornerstone of our club. We have seen our junior players progress from beginners who we help develop hand-eye coordination and motor skills to fine young men and women who are excelling at their game. We understand the importance of being role models to children, offering a positive group dynamic and a nurturing environment to children. We proactively place opportunity, fun and continuous improvement in a friendly environment at the top of our priorities.
Child Safety @ Nuna
We are committed to ensuring that every cricket participant, including children and young people, participates in our sport free of abuse, harassment, bullying or any other form of inappropriate conduct. As a club, we are committed to meet the Victorian Government 11 Child Safe Standards and create a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment for all members in Season 23/24.
Tom Taylor continues on this season as our Child Safe Officer with a keen focus on physical and psychological safety. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate
to get in touch with Tom on 0452 440 115
