Dear NCC Junior parents,

The BHRDCA have reminded all clubs that live scoring using the MyCricket Live Score App is compulsory for ALL home teams. The away team are still encouraged to use the manual scorebook, just in case anything goes wrong with the live scoring.

We held an interactive and informative Zoom session last Friday 22nd January on how to live score using the App. We ran through some common (and some less common) scenarios that you might face during a match when scoring.

Here is the link to the recording (just over 1hr):

Glen Mackie and myself have put together some easy to follow cheat sheets so that you can ensure that the correct match settings are entered at the start to make your life easier.

There will be four documents, depending on the stage/age. We encourage coaches/team managers to print out these instructions so that the settings are correct at the start of the game. If you are rostered on to score, please try to be there at least 15mins early to allow time to get set up.

1. Stage 1 Girls/Super 7s
2. Stage 2/Fast 9s
3. U12s/U14s
4. U16s/U18s

There are also a number of really handy short videos here on common actions:

There is also this YouTube video, which I circulated previously:

Please reach out if you have any concerns as I am only an email or phone call away.
